This Teflon / PTFE device is used to aid in the etching process for silicon disks up to 10″ in diameter.
The max outside dimensions of the Evaporation Dish are 10.73″ x 4″ tall. Inside dimensions are 10″ diameter x 3.75 deep. Made with spout.
