Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us for instructions.
You may return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for replacement or
refund. We will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective item. Items
shipped for returns MUST be properly packaged against damage and shipped with tracking and
insurance. Returns damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
Materials returned after 30 days from date of delivery will not be accepted.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Used or altered items will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment. You may expect to receive your refund
within 4 weeks of giving your parcel to the return shipper. This is to allow for delivery time and funds to
process through the bank. However, in most cases, you may receive your refund more quickly.

 

Shipping
We can ship to most countries worldwide. International customers must contact us for a shipping
estimate.
Note: some countries may have restrictions on some products.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such items can be found on
its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the
next full pound.
All parcels will be shipped with tracking and insurance. We carefully package our items to prevent
damage. If any item is damaged in shipment a claim must be filed through the carrier service.
