Product Overview
This Teflon / PTFE Evaporation Dish is used to aid in the etching process for 13″ silicon disks. The max outside dimensions of this dish are 14.13″ x 2″ tall. Inside dimensions are 13.63" diameter x 1.77" deep. This dish is designed to hold our 12" dipper SM12WD1.
